Thank you for your purchase and interest in the product of ergoArc.  This limited warranty applies to physical products e.g. Ergonomic Keyboard, Ergonomic Mouse, Combo, and etc. purchased from ergoArc or ergoArc reseller partners or marketplaces.

 

ORIGINAL PURCHASE ONLY

ergoArc’s warranties apply exclusively to ergoArc Store, authorized reseller, and ergoArc marketplaces. They are not transferable, and Seller explicitly excludes any warranty for individuals or entities who did not make a direct purchase from them.

 

WARRANTY COVERS NORMAL USE ONLY

Each of ergoArc’s products Warranties covers defects arising under normal use only and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs.

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during warranty period.

 

WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS

  • Warranty coverage requires proof of purchase documentation (invoice or order number).
  • All returns must be clearly marked with the RMA number on the outside of the package for identification.
  • Items must be returned properly packaged in their original packing or in an equivalent safe container.
  • Items must be returned with adequate packaging to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
  • ergoArc disclaims any responsibility for goods packaged in such a way that they are likely to be damaged in transit.
  • Modification to or tampering with any ergoArc product including any labels, stickers or markings of any kind shall immediately void the applicable warranty.

 

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING AND BEARS RISK OF LOSS?

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including freight insurance for items shipped to ergoArc. If ergoArc elects to repair or replace goods deemed to be within warranty, ergoArc will pay shipping costs, including freight insurance to send it back to customer. If goods are deemed to be outside of warranty they will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense and at the customer’s own risk.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The warranty period for ergoArc products purchased from ergoArc or ergoArc reseller partners are 365 days (1-Year) from the date of purchase.

A replacement of product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original products or 365 days (1-Year) from the date of replacement or repair.
