Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item,
- Verify that the product is in as-new condition. Damaged, abused or obviously used products will be not be accepted.
- Please email customer service at info@ergoarc.com and state the reason for return and provide proof of purchase ‘Invoice OR Order Number’ If we cannot address your concerns with the product (or the suitability of the product for your application), we will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached., then mail your return to the following address:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note all refunds are made in the same form as the original method of payment.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, or color, we recommend returning the original item(s) for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures that you receive your desired item as quickly as possible. We are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and worry-free. Please Note:
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, if there are no visual or functional defects with the product.
- For non-quality related reasons for return, refunds the cost of the product itself. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 5-day window
