  • Where can I download the user manual for my product?

    You can access the sample product manual in the your product package. or in the Information section of the respective product page. To find it, just search for the model name and download the user manual directly from the product page. Alternatively, you can visit our documenations for more assistance.  

  • My ergoArc keyboard / mouse is defective. What is the warranty procedure?

    During the initial 1 years following your purchase, the limited warranty is applicable. To exercise your legal warranty rights, please get in touch directly with the seller or dealer from whom you purchased the ErgoArc product. For more information visit: https://ergoarc.com/warranty

  • My ErgoArc device does not work

    To accurately diagnose a hardware issue, follow these steps:

    1. Connect your ErgoArc USB directly to another USB port on your computer; avoid using a switch or extension cable. This applies especially when connecting an Ergoarc keyboard or mouse, please note to change the change the keyboard or mouse mode to wireless.
    2. Ensure that the latest drivers are installed for the ErgoArc device.
    3. Check if the batteries or rechargeable batteries are adequately charged.
    4. Your device might have lost connection with the receiver. Many products allow you to re-establish this connection by following the instructions provided in the user manual or in the our documention section.
    5. Test the ErgoArc device briefly on another computer to see if the issue persists.

  • Where can I find the product serial number?

    Typically, you can find the serial number on the bottom side of every product.  

  • Do you have a service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

    As all our products fall under the accessories category, we do not operate service centers for repairs. If you have a defective product within the warranty period, please arrange for a replacement through your point of purchase. For more infomration visit: https://ergoarc.com/warranty

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept a variety of popular payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay, American Express, and Google Pay. For larger orders, we also accept payment via cheque and bank transfer. For information send us an email at info@ergoarc.com 

  • How to track my order?

    After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. This email will confirm your purchase and provide details about, when your order will be shipped. Once your order is on its way, you will receive another email notification. You will also be able to track your order through our shipping partner using the tracking information provided. 

  • How do I cancel or change my order?

Shipping and Delivery

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Free shipping is available for all orders placed within British Columbia and amount is =>$500, Canada. Shipping fees apply to orders shipped to other provinces, states, or overseas locations.  

  • Do you ship overseas?

    Yes, we are a partner with Canada post and we ship internationally to over 190 countries all over the world. Please note that additional shipping costs will be applied based on your delivery location. 

Refund and Exchange

  • What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

  • How do I track my Refund?

    To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us. 

  • How long does it take to get the Refund?
